Meadow Buttercup - Ranunculus Acris
Meadow Buttercup, also known and tall buttercup, is commonly seen in meadows, on roadsides and in field margins. This upright plant can grow up to 1 meter tall. Its buttery yellow heads are unmistakable when it flowers between April and October. A simple flower of 5 petals sits at the top of each thin stem with rounded leaves below.
Very attractive to bees and other beneficial insects they are perfect for attracting pollinators into an area.
