Sunflower Hearts

The outer shell of the sunflower seeds have already been removed for the birds which means they can eat the whole seed, leaving little to no mess in your feeding area.

Sunflower hearts can be fed as part of a balanced diet all year round. These seeds are high in energy, providing around 600 calories per 100g, making them perfect even in the colder months.
