We aim to dispatch all items placed before 2PM the same day (this isn't always possible but we will try our best!).
- Items under 2KG will be sent with Evri 48 hour.
- Items over 2KG will be sent with DHL Parcel 24 hour.
- If your order is urgent, please message us before placing to confirm that we can dispatch same day.

Tracking will be available from the carrier set based on your order, with details included in your order confirmation. If you need further help, reach out and we'll help however we can.

- We accept returns up to 30 days after the order date.
If you have changed your mind about your order you are responsible for the cost of returning.
If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us and we will resolve this.
We are unable to replace/ refund items that have unsuccessful germination. Gardening has many factors that cause successful/ failed germination and once the seeds leave our warehouse we have no control over what happens next.- Once we receive the return and check it over a full refund will be issued for the items returned.
