We believe in our grass seed and know it’s top-quality, with proven purity and great germination results. Our customers love it, and we’re proud of our excellent feedback! But, we know you might want a little extra reassurance—that’s where our Root & Rise Guarantee comes in.

🌱 What’s the Root & Rise Guarantee? 🌱

When you buy one of our grass seed mixes, we’re so confident it’ll grow that we guarantee it! If it doesn’t, we’ll either send you a replacement or refund your money. There are just a few simple conditions, which we explain below.

Here’s how the guarantee works:

🍀 If something goes wrong, let us know! We might ask for some photos or details to investigate the problem.

🍀 You followed our sowing and aftercare instructions—like a pro.

🍀Conditions were good for growing—plenty of water, decent weather, the correct temperature and the ground had been prepared properly.

🍀 You sowed the seed at the right time, but after a month…nothing sprouted.

☘ If our seed doesn’t sprout, we’ve got you covered with a replacement or refund! But if we spot an issue with the sowing or local conditions, we won’t be able to refund you—but we’ll work with you to solve it! ☘
If any steps were missed or there were tough weather conditions/ disturbances around the area, we won’t be able to cover it. Here are some examples of situations we can’t guarantee:

- Sowing seed when temperatures drop below 10°C
- Planting with frost in the forecast
- Sowing on unprepared or unsuitable ground (e.g., weeds or debris left, compacted soil, poor soil health)
- Inconsistent watering or care

Unfortunately, we also can’t cover any time or labor costs.
